Introduction

This course is intended for anyone who is considering starting a nonprofit or reorganizing an existing one.  You may have a goal or passion and want to learn how to create an organization devoted to those goals. It is frustrating to realize that you need to organize a formal structure. This course is an introductory course that is designed to give you the tools and information to form that nonprofit organization using direct methods, steps, and processes to becoming a nonprofit corporation and obtaining your 501 (c) (3) tax-exemption status!
